My husband and I built our beautiful family home around two years ago. From buying in plumbing and heating supplies to buying other supplies like hard and softwoods, we've spent a lot and worked hard on our house. When we had our local draftsman go through our plans, we truly believed we had thought of everything. That changes as your family grows and your needs themselves change. I am now planning to do some improvements myself so it has my unique touch. I’d like to change the carpets, paint some walls, even put a sky light in to brighten up our main living space. My husband wants in on this and will be adding a raised seating area in our small home theatre room to improve the acoustics where we are seated. I love getting my hands dirty and will probably do some work outside covering up under our verandah stair case so the dogs can’t get in there anymore. I might even go as far as building a wooden raised garden bed along our fence line to plant some shrubs. They aren’t big changes but I am looking forward to the satisfaction of completing the work myself and enjoying our home even more. |

Thailand is a large country with lots of different and exciting locations to visit. That is also the reason why I want to go to Thailand myself, I want to discover everything Thailand has to offer. Thailand has beautiful white sandy beaches down in the south of the country near the city of Phuket and Pattaya in the east, with Pattaya beach being my favourite. I want to take a trip down to those beaches and sit there in the sun with my swimming trunks on catching some UV rays and enjoying a nice cocktail. Once IM done sitting around relaxing in the sun I would like to head up to the main city of Thailand, Bangkok. Bangkok seems to be bright, colorful and bustling with activity. Bangkok was also used as a location in the 2011 film The Hangover part 2. In the film the guys have a crazy adventure and experience the crazy nightlife Bangkok has to offer. I would love to experience the nightlife for myself and that is why I think Thailand is the home of many adventures, and the place I want to visit. |

I love spending time in my Danz Spas spa with my partner. Every Friday night I look forward to the experience. We recently had the spa installed as we wanted to spend more time together. Our apartment can be quite cramped so we decided to have it installed on the terrace. It is in a secluded spot and have lots of privacy. Previously we used to go to a friend's home however the company was not great. They often used to get drunk in the spa and quite loud. It is great unwinding after a difficult week at work with my beautiful lady. We often open a bottle of champagne and some how manage to finish the bottle within an hour or so. We also use the spa quite frequently during the winter months. We have a split cycle air conditioning unit near the door and often turn up the heat. At times the spa is so beautifully warm I do not want to get out. |

I never understood those women who enjoy pregnancy, I couldn't stand it and I terminated 3 to 4 months into it, couldn't imagine going through that for the whole 9 months. I'm an admin for a health directory and I see these positive articles all the time about pregnancy. As for me, I hated the fact that my stomach was growing, I've been super skinny all my life and it's what I am use to, being larger than usual made me feel so unattractive. Then I had to deal with all that gas, which also made me feel extremely unattractive and uncomfortable. My morning sickness was so intense and would always seem to come at the wrong time, such as minutes before leaving for work. I remember my husband having to pull the car over a few different times so that I could get out and throw up on the side of the road. I hated the restless legs problem too, that was a battle in itself. To add to all the chaos, dealing with all that extra back pain on top of my chronic back pain and problems just made the days unbearable, couldn't even really take any relievers to help get through the day. That reminds me of another thing, having to quit smoking and stop my caffeine intake. Although I didn't mind the afternoon napping or the breast size increase. |

There are millions of accidents that occur at work every year. Some are the employees fault for not following certain guidelines and others are occur because the employee may not have been properly warned about a condition or situation. Rules and guidelines are very important when it comes to being safe at work. Guidelines are written for a reason to improve your safety. Some accidents can create new rules in a workplace which will improve the overall safety at the job because everyone will now know what to do to avoid being in the same accident. Most rules have been created through bad learning experiences. If a worker gets injured working a machine a particular way then the employer will investigate what exactly happened and he will create a rule that will help avoid the accident.
Rules are one part of avoiding accidents in the workplace but for rules to be effective employees have to follow them. Employers should have classes set up for new employees to encourage them to follow rules in the work place. Some companies have their employees watch video on the negative aspect of what could happen if a certain rule isn't followed. I love my old, quirky house with all its character. Great woodwork and wood floors, three whole floors of living apace and big old windows. Best of all, the house has a fantastic view of the river from many of the rooms, so all day and night I can watch the boat traffic and the lovely old bridge that is lit at night. But, as I stand in my kitchen, with its butterfly table and chair - and its fantastic view and look at the thermometer on the wall on a cold winter day, it's lucky to read in the high 50s! So, what I'd love to do to make the house warmer is add a beautiful, antique wood cook stove in the kitchen and a small soapstone and cast iron one in the parlor. This, of course, would require a lot of chimney work and some rearranging of various elements in both rooms to make it work. In addition, I would love to have the antique windows restored. No ugly new replacement windows that have a limited lifetime for me. I love my old six-over-six windows, but would certainly like it if they were a little more snug. Even with storm windows I can still hear the wind howling on a windy day. Perhaps a little insulation might be a good idea too! |

Mrs. Cruz is a mother to two growing boys, aged 9 and 11. Banks are not my favorite place to be in. The environment is so boring and the thing about not talking on the cell phone does not make sense to me half of the time. Every time I am in the bank and I get an important call, I have to lose my spot on the queue and then go outside and pick the call. Whenever I get back inside I have to start queuing again and that wastes a lot of my time and there is nothing good in that. When it comes to money transfer, it takes a lot of time for the money to register in an account. Because of this I have employed a new method of money transfer, that will reduce my trips to the bank and that is through paypal. I use paypal to transfer funds to peoplees accounts all the time. It is also not necessary to paypal contact to make the transaction possible like what I have to do when I need to make transactions via a bank. This saves me a lot of time and a lot of grief. |

My dad is one friendly person whose attitude is the same everywhere. Unlike many people whose lifestyle and the way that they interact with people are differently, my dadds state of happiness is the same everywhere that he goes. It is even better when we chat together at home and he gets to share his life with us. He has grown to be my role model considering the advises that I get from him that come in a friendly mood that even those who do not have time for advices would create time just to hear him talk. What I enjoy doing most with him while at home is to learn from his acer laptop. Recently, he taught me how to connect acer to tv and I got it all right when I tried to redo the connection. For all the services and kindness that I get from him, he has been a great source of inspiration to my life. And with his hard work and dedication to our family, I have found no dad as caring as he is. |

Papa will be coming home today and we are all excited. We have not seen him the whole year and really, we have missed him a lot. As his daughter, I wish he does not need to work abroad anymore. I hope he and mom could think of something else to do as a means of living. Perhaps, they could venture into a small business - anything that will allow papa to stay around. Just the other day, I was talking to papa on the phone. He sounded really excited for his trip back home. He asked me to help him look for Uncle Bert, whom he has not seen in ages. Wanting to make papa happy, I exerted all means to find Uncle Bert. I learned that he has moved to another address so I had to do reverse search by phone number. With a little help from my cousin, Leo, I found Uncle Bert's contact details. For sure, papa will be very glad to know that he can now visit Uncle Bert when he comes home. |

I have recently spent a lot of time in the dental chair after ten years of never setting foot in a dental office. This absence from the dentist isn't because I didn't want to go, but because of finances and lack of insurance. I was very nervous upon my first time back at the dentist. My teeth were very bad and I was ashamed for anyone to see them. My dentist and his dental assistants made me feel so comfortable that the nervousness just disappeared. They were so nice and supportive that I trusted them right away. They even had televisions mounted on the ceiling so patients could watch while being worked on. The teeth cleanings were unpleasant, but that is mostly because I can't stand the scraping. Everything else was okay. They were always asking if I was doing okay and if anything was hurting. They also called me a day or so after every visit to make sure I was doing well. Now I have a smile I can be proud of and it was all worth it.
