The best way to bond with a baby is when it is small

Being a mother is not an easy thing and it is even harder when your husband is away on business. This happened to my sister and I had to move in to her place temporarily so that I could be able to help her. The baby could cry and once she got started, she would continue for long hours its as if she was on a roll. Her mother needed a lot of rest because of the birth process so I stayed with the baby for most of the time. I got used to her until I became her favorite uncle. She would see me when she is fussing about something and immediately calm down as long as I got her attention. Her mother and my brother in law asked me to throw her first birthday. I was so honored to have such a role and I took the responsibility. I decided to choose the theme of her favorite book. Half of the props I got them from eBay. I did not get items that had not good feedback and those were the ones where you would buy and then find that the ebay item not as described. There was no room for error and I intended to make that day a memorable.
