Some of the reasons why many doctors do not want to be pediatricians

There are some professions that are not just gotten in to just by anyone. Such professions do not have a lot of people who venture in it. A good example is a pediatrician. If you were to look at all job markets even jobs in tamworth, then it you will find that there is a scarcity of pediatricians. This is because many people do not know how to handle children when they are healthy and fit what about when they are sick. When medical students are in medical school, they choose what they want to specialize in. when they become residents in hospital that is when they really know what they want to specialize in. others will choose to be general doctors, then there are those who are going to choose to become gynecologists, some will decide to be general doctors, and very few will opt for pediatrics. This is because it is very hard to see a child die children are always full of life and joy even if they are sick. It is hurt for doctors to watch kids die because they are so young and they have so much promise that will never be see because their lives are cut short.
