I Used to Like Facebook, Not Anymore

A few years ago when I joined Facebook, I loved it. It was a great way to see what my friends were up to and keep in contact with people that I didn’t see often. I even got addicted to Farmville, and changing my profile page with various new Facebook banners.
But then they started allowing everyone to join, not just college students and graduates. After that, it all went downhill. Now it is full of middle and high school kids and family members, so I can’t post all of the things I don’t want them to see without going through the trouble of applying special privacy settings. Applications were fun at first, but now I am sick of seeing that someone sent me a request on Farmville. There have been so many updates and changes to Facebook that I can’t stand to use it anymore. I downloaded the Facebook Ipod application, and set it up to alert me if I get a message. Other than that, I never look at it anymore. They made too many changes trying to fix what was fine to begin with, and that lost my interest.
