A neighbourhood: a Small Independent World

A neighborhood is really like a small world, at least in my country. Neighbourhood plans should always take into account sociability - connecting people together.
In our neighbourhood, we have our own little store so we don't have to go far for groceries. It has everything you need from bread an vegetables to soap etc. Secondly, when people come home they forget about the outside world. They work in they gardens, spend time with their kids and forget the troubles at work. The people of my neighborhood are very nice and I really like them. The family next door has a daughter who is my best friend. She is beautiful with blond hair and really smart. When we are together it's like we're living in our own little world that has nothing to do with reality. It's like this in every neighborhood I suppose - small community, everyone knows each other and when you are there you feel like you are on a different planet sometimes.
